Jay Messier is well known throughout Rhode Island as the guy who drives the Crazy Christmas Wagon in November & December spreading holiday cheer, serving as a local town councilman in West Warwick, and as the owner of Wicked Local RI, where he always seems to be eating some kind of delicious treat at a local Ocean State eatery.

 

That position though is more than just stuffing his face with mouth watering pizza, cakes and other desserts. He created and manages several community Facebook pages and groups under that Wicked Local RI umbrella. Totaling nearly 50 thousand followers and growing every day! The goal of those groups is to bring community awareness, help members of that community have a voice they might not otherwise have, assist local charities and non profits and also promote local businesses in a personal, non “cookie cutter” approach.
